European Commission (EC) -- Community Resilience to Climate Change in Malawi

The EC will support Malawi's adaptation to climate change, focusing on building capacity for vulnerable communities in Blantyre, Phalombe, Zomba, and Neno Districts. Actions should promote sustainable natural resource management, renewable energy supply, improved agricultural practices, and climate-resilient livelihoods. Eligibility for funding extends to nonprofit organizations in the EU and its candidate countries; countries of the European Economic Area; the ACP countries (including Malawi); the least-developed countries; and international organizations.
