Mr. Jubilee gave Prof. Soomro a power point presentation about the background, mandate and scope of the ISTC which is basically based in Moscow however, being shifted to Astana at the campus of Nazarbayev University Astana. The ISTC has mainly been active in the former Soviet Union States with reference to Chemical, Biological, Radiologic and Nuclear (CBRN) risk reduction and mitigation.
