Meeting of President ECOSF Dr. Soomro with ISTC Astana team

While in Astana Kazakhstan in last week of June 2015 during the Capacity Building Workshop on Inquiry Based Science Education (IBSE) for ECO Region (22-25 June, 2015), President ECOSF also visited Nazarbayev University and he paid visit to the International Science and Technology Center- ISTC and met the team: Graeme Frith, James Jubilee & Aidyn Turebayev. The President discussed with the team for ISTC support to Afghanistan and Pakistan in addition to Central Asian countries to have sustainable economic and cultural development by promoting innovative S & T. The team was positive and dialogue has been initiated with focus on Biosafety and Biosecurity.
