President ECOSF meets the Charge d' Affairs of Pakistan in Bishkek-Kyrgyzstan Mr. Muhammad Bakhsh Sangi

President ECO Science Foundation (ECOSF) Prof. Dr. Manzoor Hussain Soomro during his visit to Kyrgyz Republic (6-9 October) met the Charge d' Affairs of Pakistan in Bishkek H.E. Mr. Muhammad Bakhsh Sangi in the Embassy of Pakistan. Prof. Soomro briefed the Charge d' Affairs about ECOSF and shared with him the major aims and objectives of the Foundation; i.e., to promote as well as fund scientific and technological research and innovation collaboration and other relevant activities among the member states. Dr. Soomro also sought cooperation of Pakistan Embassy in strengthening the linkage between Kyrgyzstan S&T Institutions and ECOSF, as well as with Pakistani research Institutions/universities.

The Charge d' Affairs of Pakistan in Bishkek Kyrgyzstan H.E. Mr. M. B. Sangi was very helping during the entire stay of President ECOSF Prof. Manzoor Soomro in Bishkek. Dr. Soomro appreciated Mr. Sangi being one of the very active, communicative and facilitating young diplomat.

The Charge d' Affairs was very much pleased and thanked Dr. Soomro for taking time to visit the Embassy and updating him about ECOSF activities especially in Kyrgyzstan. He appreciated the efforts of ECO Science Foundation for promotion of S&T research and education in the ECO region and he assured of full cooperation from the Embassy. Pakistan Embassy also assisted Dr. Soomro by assigning their Russian Interpreter with him in meetings with Kyrgyz officials and institutions.
