President ECOSF meets with the Director General (Bureau of International Cooperation) of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NNSFC)

During the participation in the Biennial Conference of Science Education Program - Inter Academy Panel on Inquiry Based Science Education (IBSE) held in Beijing, China from 28-30 October 2014, President ECOSF Prof. Dr. Manzoor Hussain Soomro met the Director General (Bureau of International Cooperation) of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NNSFC) Prof. Feng Fengalong with Director of Division Prof. Zhang Yongtaoto discuss the possible collaboration between the two science foundations. It was mutually agreed in principal that they seemed a possibility of collaborations as the NNSFC is already collaborating in number of similar bodies around the world.

It is pertinent to note that Prof. Soomro as Chairman Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) had established stronger collaboration of PSF and NNSFC and launch a collaborative research project.
