“The Belt and Road Teenager Maker Camp & Teacher Workshop” begins at Beijing, China on 18 December 2017 and will continue till 21 December 2017. The event is being hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and China Association for Science & Technology (CAST), Children & Youth Science Center (CYSC) of CAST, while supported by InterAcademy Partnership on Science Education Program (IAP SEP) and ECOSF. The purpose of this camp and workshop is to strengthen communication and cooperation between China and countries along the One Belt and One Road (OBOR) initiative of China. This would inspire innovation and stimulate interest among young students for promotion of science and creativity in this region. ECOSF has managed to invite Teams from four ECO countries i.e. Iran, Kazakhstan, Pakistan and Turkey. Teams are comprised of students and teachers.
