ECOSF in collaboration with KISTEP, South Korea and STPI, Taiwan is co-organising the 4th Asian Innovation Forum on July 10, 2018 in Taipei, Taiwan
ECOSF in collaboration with Korea Institute of S&T Evaluation and Planning (KISTEP) is co-organising the 4th Asian Innovation Forum, which is scheduled to take place on July 10, 2018 in Taipei, Taiwan and it is being hosted by S&T Policy Research and Information Center (STPI) Taiwan. The Asian Innovation Forum is an annual event which brings together Science, Technology and Innovation Global Leaders to address the emerging issues and challenges.
The Forum provides a platform to seek new possibilities by bringing together innovation leaders, policy makers, researcher and STI program developers by sharing the knowledge and experiences in Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) in the Asian region. It is important to mention here that ECOSF is the founder member of the AIF and the Asian STI Think Tanks Networks (ASTN).
It is a great honor for the ECOSF to have been chosen as a Co-organizer for conducting and holding the session on “Emerging Technologies & Public Engagement” and we hope to show the importance of emerging technologies in shaping the future world during this session. The discussion will feature a dialogue on challenges, adoption and potential risks related to new and emerging technologies such as autonomous vehicles, impact of crypto currencies, smart cities, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence and the implications for cybersecurity.
