President ECOSF paid a visit to the China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group in Beijing

Beijing, July 08, 2023 - President ECOSF, Prof. Seyed Komail Tayebi accompanied by Dr. Di Yuna, Dr. Emma Han, faculty members of the BTBU, and Mr. Liang, a master student at the BTBU, visited the China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. The China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group is one of the major subsidiaries of China Construction, one of the world's top 500 enterprises, and is renowned for its large-scale construction and installation projects.

During the visit, President ECOSF met with Mr. Li Jian, Deputy General Manager of the China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group. The discussions revolved around exploring potential bilateral collaborations in the field of technical and engineering services, particularly offering advice and consultancy on infrastructure investment and joint ventures in the ECO Region. President ECOSF reiterated the ECOSF’s commitment to supporting sustainable development and fostering collaboration between China and the ECO Region.

The Chinese team emphasized their focus on targeting countries such as Iran, Pakistan, and Kazakhstan for the provision of these services. Attendees at the meeting included Ms. Geng Ning, Deputy Director of the Financing, Investment, and Innovation Business Department, and Mr. Li Jing, Deputy Manager of Human Resources.
