IPBES is calling for expressions of interest from professional organisations to coordinate the external element of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) review (EM/2017/32) and nominations for members of the IPBES review panel (EM/2017/31).

Organisations that are interested in coordinating this first review of IPBES are requested to express their interest by 2 January 2018 by filling in the online application form https://goo.gl/Mw6Eu6, indicating relevant qualifications of the organisation, its plans for supporting the review as well as a detailed plan on how the funds, if approved by the sixth session of the Plenary, would be used ($63,170).

Candidates that are interested in becoming part of the review panel are requested to fill the online application form https://goo.gl/9tNzbz by 2 January 2018. Please note that self-nominations will not be considered and that all applications must be endorsed by National Focal Points. The list and contact details of National Focal Points can be found here https://www.ipbes.net/national-focal-points.

Those interested organisations and candidates are requested to apply online and put ECOSF as a nominating agency.
